I politely called to make an appointment asking if she had availability when I was cut off in the middle of my sentence saying no no no. Then just to be told that she's not taking new clients, which is fine but could have been said respectfully. Have no experience going to the salon but overall very rude over the phone.
Rude rude rude !!!! The girl who answers the phone should be fired. I have never experienced anything like this while I am trying to spend money on their business. I called for an appointment and the girl was absolutely no help. She answered the phone with an attitude and told me I can't make an appointment and offered me no other option to make an appointment on another day. Don't spend a dime on this place.
I absolutely love the way Nikki does my nails I've been going to her for 10 years.l highly recommend her.
Very nice quite surrounds she does not rush .she does a great job I would highly recommend Nikki.
